Corrections policy

Every BCI.BASE item links to its source, so you can check us. When we get something wrong, we fix it in public.

Our promise

• We correct factual errors within one hour of confirming them, during our working hours.
• A corrected item says so, with what changed and when. We do not quietly edit.
• If an X post was wrong, we reply to it with the correction and, when it matters, delete it and repost the right version.
• Serious errors get a note in the next morning's Brief.
